CAOF, The Community Association Officers Forum

The CAOF is a community-based educational initiative created to serve the information needs of board members for Palm Beach County homeowners associations, condominiums and cooperatives.

Our focus is on the delivery of substantive information to board members to assist them in dealing with critical governance issues, including funds management, insurance, disaster planning, legislative matters, and board member responsibilities.

We recently completed a series of five seminars in Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington. There are no current events planned at this time.
