About Us Community Association Officers Forum The Community Association Officers Forum (CAOF) is a community-based educational initiative created to servethe information needs of board members for Palm Beach County homeowners associations, condominiums and cooperatives. The CAOF is focused on the delivery of substantive information to board members to assist them in dealing with critical governance issues, including funds management, insurance, disaster planning, legislative matters, and board member responsibilities. CAOF is hosting a series of five free educational sessions, from December, 2007 through April, 2008. Each session will be held in two Palm Beach County locations.
